Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Ted Brewer Violins by letter, fax or Email giving details of the goods ordered and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable.
If you exercise your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Ted Brewer Violins at your own cost. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel.
Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped in the original packaging. Please try to include all internal packaging, cables, manuals and protective bags, however small.
Ted Brewer Violins will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit or debit card for the goods. This sum does not include any original postage costs or any taxes paid by you.
If after exercising your right under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you do not return the goods as required, Ted Brewer Violins may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. Should the goods not be received within 7 days of notification of return (i.e. within 14 days of your receipt of the goods), Ted Brewer Violins will charge a fee of £25 per week hire charge for the use of the violin. The warranty on all Ted Brewer Violins is one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers materials and workmanship and excludes unauthorised repairs or modifications. In any case of damage caused by accident or misuse this warranty will be invalidated. The liability is limited to the cost of repair or if repair is not possible then replacement of the violin under warranty and does not include any postage or shipping or any other costs that may be incurred.
Please be sure returned goods are faulty and the problem experienced is not caused by another component in your system. If after having receiving Technical Support information you are completely satisfied you have faulty goods please request a Returns Number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

All returned items not returned in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) are tested by Ted Brewer Violins. Any item found to be not faulty will be subject to a £10 +VAT charge + return shipping + VAT charge if shipped back to the customer. You will be notified by e-mail before any non-faulty goods are returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
